Plot[]

Gustavo Urbano Dulamalo was defeated in an epic battle against the Legendary Warriors of Hope and their chosen champions. Though the cost of lives and damages across the multiverse were incalculable. It would at least take a decade to fully repair all the damages, but even then some universes were not as advanced as others and had a harder time recovering. The Legendary Warriors of Hope did everything they could to help out and their help was much appreciated. Though many of them were so wounded after the war that they had to be put in quarantine to fully recover, especially Silvervale and Parallel Smash. The former was almost killed when she used her most powerful attack to seal Gustavo Urbano Dulamalo inside a black hole and the latter almost died while making sure the other warriors didn't die. Eeveerose340 did not fare that much better either, she was not only heavily wounded, she had also lost most of her memories. She prayed that the world would not get threatened by a force as powerful or even more powerful as Gustavo Urbano Dulamalo again, but sadly, she was wrong.

Father Derpikorn, the most trusted follower of Gustavo Urbano Dulamalo, had survived the war. He hid himself in a separate dimension, healing up his wounds and gathering power until he was strong enough to resume his work. He discovered that the Eternity Crystals and a good chunk of Gustavo Urbano Dulamalo’s power had been fused into himself, giving Father Derpikorn an unfathomable amount of power. He kept a low profile and used his knowledge of the multiverse to gather six allies that could help him reclaim all of existence. One person that could access dimensions in a more efficient way than he himself could, two people that could control vast armies, two people that could influence the mind and one person that can balance out the chaos. Then once everything was ready, he would strike and finish the work that his god started a long time ago.

After waking up and fully recovering, Eeveerose340 had become “Sara” and was doing what she could to help. Though after having a vision of what Father Derpikorn was planning and noticing characters from all over the multiverse showing up in hers, she knew something was wrong. There were people from worlds that appeared last time, among some brand-new ones. But the results were the same, some wanted to aid her, some wanted to take advantage of the destruction to further their own plans and others were just… there. Sara tried to find the other Legendary Warriors of Hope, as she still had a faint memory of them, but unfortunately she could not find them anywhere. She took a deep breath and worked together with some of her brand-mew friends to save the multiverse from getting eradicated by Father Derpikorn and his six underlings that were also planning things on their own. As they did not really like taking orders from some wizard with a disturbing gaze. On top of all that, there were two wildcards that was brought over by accident and just want to make everything harder for everyone.

The story is the same as in the old version, but additional chapters and even a full-on campagin have been added that involves all the former DLC-characters. The campaign features *Dawn's Smith" going on her journey to discover the truth behind Gustavo Urbano Dulamalo and ultimately stop Father Derpikorn from succeeding.

Differences from XELAWL Megamixer Boogie-Woogie[]

These are the confirmed differences that this game will have from the previous game:

  1. More story-related content is featuring all the former DLC-characters, both in the form of a new campaign that focuses on Dawn's Smith and new chapters in the "main story".
  2. The DLC-characters have been made into starting and unlockable characters, while some of the base-roster characters had their avalibility changed, such as Sylvanas Windrunner being changed from a starter character to an unlockable one.
    • The same happened to all the former DLC-stages, with some becomming starting and some becomming unlockable.
  3. All of the "FIGHTER posters" have become the default versions of the posters for the characters that have them. While the old "non-FIGHTER posters" for those characters have been replaced with brand-new posters from the same franchises.
  4. The entire cast have been rebalanced based on constructive feedback from the community, though these changes were also made avalible for the base-version soon after.
  5. All-Star mode have been changed to have more but smaller "teams" of characters to not overwhelm the player.
  6. Angstrom Levy's design has been changed to his apperance in the third season of Invincible, rather than the look from the second season he used to have.

Playable Characters[]

The roster for "XELAWL Megamixer Loonie Boogie-Woogie" consists of 84 characters with all the previous DLC-characters being avalible either from the beginning or as unlockables. Most of these characters are unlocked by beating "Classic Mode" with a specific character. The possibility of a playable character getting removed due to it being added into any other Lawl-game is unlikely. If it would happen, then a replacement would be found in one way or another. If the replaced character had a moveset that was about to get published, then it will become a "Special Feature". Any character that has a "¤" underneath its "origin" indicates that the character is an unlockable one.

Stages and My Music[]

There are 52 stages in the game with all the previous DLC-stages being avalible either from the beginning or as unlockables. Some of them are unlocked by clearing Classic Mode as a specific character (along with unlocking the character that the stage belongs to), while others are unlocked by playing a set amount of battles in versus mode. There are no "Omega" or "Battlefield-variants" of the stages, but the player can chose to play on a hazardless version of that particular stage. All the stages are able to support up to eight players at once. Even characters that do not have a stage from its home-series, will still be connected to another stage that is close enough. Any stage that has a "¤" underneath its "origin" indicates that the stage is an unlockable one.

Items[]

Items appears in this game act just like in the previous games. These items appear in various different shapes and sizes that can help the character that picks it up and/or hinder the opponent(s). The player can decide which items can appear and how often or if the player prefers and the items can be turned off all-together. All by adjusting them in the "Battle Settings" that appears before the player gets to choose the stage. The total amount of items (counting all the "container-items" as one) is currently 79 (which will include the six new items added as DLC), which is just as many as Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This amount does not include the items that the characters themselves can bring into the stage through their special moves.

Game Modes[]

XELAWL Megamixer Loonie Boogie-Woogie offers plenty of different modes in which the players can duke it out together, either alone or in groups. All of them function just like they did in XELAWL Megamixer Boogie-Woogie, though they have received tweaks to include all of the former downloadable content. All of the game-modes that were added as DLC will also be featured.

Posters[]

Posters have returned from XELAWL Megamixer 23 / Ultimatey and they function in the same manner. Though the overall amount has not been confirmed and will most likely be much less than those games. The posters for a playable character is unlocked by beating Classic Mode as that specific character. The rarer the poster, the more detailed it is with the rarest ones having a full detailed background, while the common ones just being transparent pictures. While most other posters can be bought in the shop by currency acquired by playing the game itself. There are no microtransactions in this game! It has not been confirmed if there will be more collectables beyond posters in this game.
